After Rupi Kaur entered the chat with her raw, vulnerable poems in 2014, poetry books were all the rage. Soon after, our bookshelves were covered with poetry books from our favorite authors, depicting relatable scenes of love and heartbreak. Poetry is the perfect medium for those who want to feel all the emotions, but aren’t the biggest fans of fiction and nonfiction tales. Since poetry books have skyrocketed in popularity over the past decade, some celebrities have decided to release their personal poetry as well!

Most recently, Megan Fox revealed she’d be releasing a poetry book about her toxic past relationships at the end of 2023. Fox announced the new book on Aug 8 to her Instagram with the caption reading, “i wrote a book 💔 Pre-order now at the link in my bio. Out November 7th.”

And while we’re already making sure we pre-order this juicy, heartbreaking collection of poems, she’s definitely not the only A-lister to be vulnerable through stanzas.
