Police chase goes through residential yards in Somerset

05/24/2024 — A police chase went through several residential yards in Somerset Twp. Friday evening.

That's according to witnesses, who tell 6News it came to an end on Stouffer Hill Rd. in Friedens.

In the video above sent in by Todd Strelko, you can see an SUV being chased through residential yards by at least two police cruisers.

In the video you can also see the chase go by playground equipment at a former Frieden's school.

It's unclear what prompted the chase. State Police is investigating. They have not released any information, nor have they confirmed any of the details we mentioned.
